On Saturday, August 5th, Amtul Momin went to Galveston’s Pleasure Pier with her family. Momin is said to have gone on a water ride, during which her shoes got wet.
The missing woman, Momin, had a puzzling situation unfold when her belongings were found in her car at a Wendy’s on Seawall Boulevard.
Although she had gone to the vehicle to change her shoes, she couldn’t be located when her family returned.
This led authorities to tow Momin’s car to the Galveston Police Department’s impound lot, intensifying the mystery surrounding her disappearance.
